Notary/Witness Only Closings
We provide witness only signings and notarizations for dozens of lenders, title companies, and service agents. The signings are scheduled at a time and location convenient for the borrower. We can schedule closings in our offices or at the borrower’s own home or office. We can perform closings during regular business hours, in the morning before the borrower’s go to work, or in the evening—sometimes, even on weekends.
If you are a lender, title company or signing service, you should be aware that Massachusetts is now an "Attorney Only" state. Beginning April 19, 2004, non-attorney notaries may no longer conduct real estate closings, unless they are employed by a law firm and supervised by a lawyer.
